Loads into the CRM data, next to the other connectors of this kind: in Explorer, on boards, for the AI analyst and over the API.

How to connect

  1. On the Sources page, in the Accounts block, connect a HubSpot account.
  2. In the project's source, choose what to load: the portal.
  3. Click Load data. After that the workspace schedule loads it every day.

Source settings

  • Portal ID (Hub ID) — The number in the HubSpot account menu under the portal name and in app.hubspot.com addresses after /contacts/

Checks on every load

  • Deals and contacts by creation day in the portal time zone; more than 10,000 records load in parts
  • Deal amounts are in the company currency at HubSpot's rates (amount_in_home_currency)
